2 Bookings & Payment

  • Booking Deposit: £1,000 payable at the time of booking
  • Final Balance: Due six weeks before the arrival date
  • Cautionary Deposit: £500 (refundable)

3 Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: 5pm
  • Check-out: 10am (4pm on Sundays)

  • Two cots available (bedding not provided)

  • The first two dogs stay free of charge
  • Additional dogs £30 per stay
  • Dogs must sleep in the downstairs utility area

7 House Restrictions

  • Up to two well behaved dogs welcome, sleeping in the downstairs utility area
  • No fireworks please
  • Hen parties welcome upon request and noise restrictions
  • Not suitable for stag parties
